One of the things that I enjoy most about working in the Jinfonet Sales Department is the focus on solving problems for customers. While this might sound very cliché as one would assume that should be the goal of most companies, there is no needless, ineffective bureaucracy to interfere with the sales staff being able to do whatever they think will best meet the needs of our customers; Inefficiencies are quickly recognized and remedied.
It’s also great to see requests and ideas from customers to be implemented and successfully executed. At Jinfonet, we have a very strong and large development team that makes it easy for us to add functionality very quickly that becomes something valuable to all of our customers.
I really enjoy seeing some of the things customers do when they customize JReport. The look and feel of JReport can be very easily adjusted to match the look and feel of a customers own application, so much in fact that it’s sometimes difficult to know which parts of an application are JReport!
